The shortest pathto a working webinar

Seven guides that describe the product as it is today. No planned features, no steps for buttons that do not exist yet.

The path

  1. 01

    Create your first event

Open Events, choose Create event, pick the workspace if you are asked, and give the webinar a clear title. The new event opens straight in Setup.

  2. 02

    Add the video source

Paste the player URL or the iframe your video platform gives you. OKO recognises the common providers and keeps the normalised embed link used on the viewer page.

  3. 03

    Configure the viewer page

Fill in the event details and switch on only the blocks this webinar needs. Save, then open the event page and look at it at desktop and phone width before you send the link out.

  4. 04

    Run the live view

Open Analytics during the webinar. Start a session when you want a saved report, then use the controls for chat and the blocks your viewers see.

  5. 05

    Read the report

After ending a session, open its report for attendance, engagement, geography, chat and exports. A session is an analytics boundary — it does not start or stop your stream.

Once it runs

  • Invite the team

Use Workspaces to invite colleagues with explicit permissions. Moderation, analytics, reports and live control are granted one by one — give each person only what they need.

  • Connect an AI client

Open OKO MCP in your workspace, create a scoped key and copy the configuration for your client. Check the connection with the identity and event-list tools before you rely on it.

Stuck on something specific?

Write to support with the event link, when it happened, and what you expected instead. That is usually enough to find it without a call.

Never send passwords or API keys — support does not need them.
