The shortest path to a working webinar

Use these guides together with the in-product checklist. They describe the current product, without assuming features that are still planned.

Create your first event

Open Events, choose Create event, select the workspace if prompted, and give the webinar a clear title. The new event opens directly in Setup.

Add the video source

Paste the public player URL or iframe supplied by your video platform. OKO validates known providers and stores the normalized embed URL used on the viewer page.

Configure the viewer page

Add event details and enable only the blocks required for this webinar. Save the setup, then open the event page and check it at desktop and mobile width.

Run the live view

Open Analytics during the webinar. Start a session when you need a saved report, then use the controls for chat and visible engagement blocks.

Read the report

After ending a session, open its report to review attendance, engagement, geography, chat, and supported exports. A session is an analytics boundary, not a stream start or stop command.

Invite the team

Use Workspaces to invite colleagues and assign explicit permissions. Give moderation, analytics, reporting, and live-control rights only where needed.

Connect an AI client

Open OKO MCP inside the organizer workspace. Create a scoped key, copy the configuration for your client, and verify the connection with the identity and event-list tools.

OKO Stream

A focused operations layer for professional webinars, built around the video source you already use.
