Before you ask
Why is streaming not in the price?
Because we do not stream. Your video goes from your platform straight to the viewer — we never hold a copy, so there is nothing to charge for.
What counts as a concurrent viewer?
People watching at the same moment, not total attendance. A webinar with 2000 registrations and 400 in the room at peak fits a 500 plan.
What happens above the limit?
Nobody is thrown out mid-webinar. The event keeps running and we get in touch afterwards.
Can I try before paying?
Access is invite-only for now, and the first hosts work with us directly. Tell us what you run and we will sort out the terms together.
