Yes. More than a day before the show, unpublish the page, change the date and publish it again. Closer than that, you can still shift the time within the same days — a Thursday 7 pm show can move to 9 pm, say, or to Friday morning. For a completely different day, duplicate the page. Moving the date costs nothing.
Yes, at any time. Viewers see blocks shown or hidden at once; edits to text and images reach them when you press “Refresh viewers”.
YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Wistia and Dailymotion — OKO recognizes them from the link. Any other player works too, as long as it gives you an embed code.

Get startedViewers keep arriving through the first minutes, so the count at the start is not your audience yet. Start the main part when the number stops climbing.
See which cities and countries they watch from, and how many are on a computer, a phone or in Telegram. Say hello to London and New York, and fit the next show to the map: pick a time that suits both Europe and America, and take your examples from the viewers’ lives.
You see the share of the room still with you, how many have written at least once and how the poll is filling. Retention slipping? Move to the practical part sooner. A quiet chat? Ask a question and give them a minute to answer.
Clicks on the banner, the call to action and each card, and every new lead from your forms, arrive as they happen. Clicks on the card, few sign-ups behind it? Say on air what the sign-up gives and when the first lesson is.
Nothing to switch on: from a day before the show the live numbers are on. On Pro and Max the show’s session also counts retention, chat activity and the minute-by-minute chart, and becomes the report when it ends.
The city comes from the viewer’s IP address, so over a VPN or a mobile network it may be a neighbouring one. OKO uses the address only to look up the city and does not keep it.
OKO counts the viewers on your OKO page. Those watching on YouTube itself appear in YouTube’s own statistics.
No. However many come, the price of the show is the same.
Teammates with the “View analytics” permission: the Viewer, Moderator and Administrator roles all include it. The workspace owner changes permissions in the team list.

Shown from the first minute, a banner pulls viewers off the lesson and is old news by the time you get there. Keep it hidden and switch it on as you start on the intensive: it lands when the room is ready to hear it.

Launch the poll for everyone, and it pops up on every screen; show the results when you are ready to discuss them: the leading answer tells you where to start. Close the chat while you explain and open it for questions: your own messages still reach everyone. Too many messages? Switch on slow mode. Someone spoiling it? Mute them for five minutes or ban them. Automod hides profanity and links by itself.

The stream restarted on a new link, the call to action shows the wrong date, a card leads to the wrong page: fix it in Setup and press Refresh viewers. Viewers stay on the page and see the fix in seconds. Restarting the stream? Cover the player with the placeholder until it is back.

“Refresh viewers” brings your edits into the pages already open: text, images, the video link. “Reload viewer pages” reloads every open page of the show within a few seconds, for big changes.

Get startedThe page counts its viewers for three days, and everyone who opens it is in: viewers who come early, viewers who watch the recording the next day. The analytics session counts the show alone, from its first minute to its last, so the report answers three things about the show itself: how many came, how long they stayed and what they clicked. The next show is counted the same way, so two reports sit side by side.

By default it follows the show’s plan: it starts at the show’s time and ends on schedule. Starting earlier? Press Start now, and to always start it yourself, switch off Start automatically in Setup. Ten minutes before the end Analytics warns you. Questions running over? Extend the session by 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or up to the time you need, so the last questions make it into the report. Finished sooner? End it: the report is saved at once.

The page keeps counting until 48 hours after the show’s start: replays of the recording, their watch time and clicks go into its all-time numbers in Analytics. The report keeps the show’s figures as they were. Paste the recording into the same video field, and the page lives on as the recording’s page.
They gather in Analytics, form by form, and you can download them as CSV at any time. The forms keep taking leads after the show too.
No, a session only measures. Your video runs in your own player, and you start it there.
Any teammate with the Start/end sessions and Download reports permissions; the Administrator role has both.
